I need a solution
Hi All,
Help please , in the last few days we have had about 10 different reports of emails being blocked when send from our domain to certain customers. They are simple emails with no attacments or anything and are being sent by different people in our company. The one thing we keep getting back is the following,
550 5.0.350 Remote server returned an error -> 553 Message filtered. Refer to the Troubleshooting page at;http://www.symanteccloud.com/troubleshooting for more;information. (#5.7.1) |

we are not on any blacklists that I can tell, i did send an email to investigation@review.symantec.com but have not heard back. any he;p would be appreciated.
