553 Message filtered, Emails not going through to clients using Symantec product.

I need a solution

Hello,

My team has gone through a lot of post in this forum all facing the same problem, and I was not able to find a solution, we are suffering from the same issue I believe "553 Message filtered" https://support.symantec.com/us/en/article.tech246726.html#553-filtered, almost on all clients and is affecting the business please help,

What I have done so far is;
1. Check mxtool to see if I am on the blacklist, -> not on one,
2. Go through Symantec documentation in search of a solution -> did not find one,
3. Email to investigation@review.symantec.com -> as suggested here done,
4. Tried talking to support(message labs), they were not able to help.
5. Verify the Signature of the email.

am I missing any steps?

my company is using an email server by google(gsuite).

my company domain is Faircg.com.
