Please help. Legitimate emails are blocked by Symantec filters.
We have been assigned a new IP address(1 month ago) from our ISP and this problem arose. This IP 185.153.220.250 belongs to Metriksoft Inc, and it provides email service for pingturk.com brand. It is a Centos machine and relay access is closed.
We are getting the following logs in postfix logs:
Jan 27 15:13:33 mail postfix/smtp[49917]: 2CC8260496: XXXX refused to talk to me: 554 5.7.1 You are not allowed to connect. Please refer to http://ipremoval.sms.symantec.com/ for further information.
I made 3 requests to the above Symantec URL for removal of the IP address(It says this machine is doing snowshoe spam which is not the case).
There is no indication of progress or follow-up mechanism for the tickets at this URL. I am not sure someone is investigating or not.
Can you help us to get out of Symantec spam blacklists?
